Biography
Dr. Stefano Ross has dedicated his career to a deep understanding of the human body and movement. After earning a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Molise, he furthered his knowledge in the field of Osteopathy, graduating from the prestigious Centre Pour l'Etude la Recherche et la Diffusion Osteopathiques C.E.R.D.O. in Rome.
This solid foundation allows him to offer his patients a personalized and multidisciplinary therapeutic approach, integrating the knowledge acquired in both motor and osteopathic fields. Dr. Ross is particularly skilled in treating joint pain and spinal pain, with a particular focus on the shoulder, hip, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ).
Thanks to his deep knowledge of anatomy and physiology, he is able to identify the root causes of the problem and develop specific treatment plans for each patient, aimed at restoring mobility and alleviating pain in a lasting way. His approach is rigorously scientific, based on evidence and continuous education. He firmly believes in the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration and works closely
with other healthcare professionals, such as orthopedists, gnathologists, dentists, nutritionists, and postural therapists to ensure his patients receive the best possible care. This integrated approach allows him to offer patients a comprehensive and personalized care, ensuring optimal results.
Thanks to this dual training and his holistic view of health, Dr. Ross is able to treat a wide range of musculoskeletal, visceral, postural, and craniosacral disorders, allowing him to competently address even the most complex pathologies.
Furthermore, during his training, he spent several years working in the best national fitness centers, thus acquiring valuable practical experience in the management and treatment of subjects with various problems.
His passion for movement and well-being, combined with continuous training and professional updating, make Dr. Ross a competent and reliable professional, always attentive to the needs of his patients.

This pilot study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of an Osteopathic Treatment in reducing Bruxism symptoms in a limited sample of patients. Through a black box protocol (without a specific treatment protocol as each person was understood in their individuality), changes in clinical parameters and quality of life of participants were analyzed before and after treatment. The study is still ongoing.
